Effective date: May 24, 2026 · Last updated: May 24, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the flowix platform, website, dashboard, APIs, flowix Teams applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by flowix (“flowix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, signing in (including via Google), or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes that organization.
We may offer additional product-specific terms (for example, enterprise agreements or beta programs). If there is a conflict, the additional terms control for the covered offering.
2. Definitions
Account means your registered flowix user profile, authenticated via email and password and/or Google sign-in through our authentication provider.
Agent means an AI-powered assistant you configure in the dashboard, including its name, model, system instructions, allowed website URLs, and permission settings.
Connection means an OAuth-linked integration between your Account and a third-party service (such as Slack, Google Calendar, Discord, GitHub, Notion, or Microsoft Teams) that you authorize for use with your Agents.
flowix Teams means our separate desktop and browser application for workspace chat with Agents using invite codes generated from your dashboard—not Microsoft Teams unless explicitly connected as a third-party integration.
User Content means prompts, messages, agent configurations, uploaded or pasted data, connection metadata, and other materials you submit to or through the Service.
Wallet means your prepaid account balance used to pay for metered usage of the Service, funded through our payment processor.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to consent to data processing and online contracts) to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with involvement of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
You may not use the Service if you are barred under applicable law, if your Account has been suspended or terminated, or if you have previously violated these Terms.
4. Accounts & authentication
4.1 Registration
You may register using a valid email address and password, or by signing in or signing up with Google through our identity provider (Supabase Auth). When you use Google, you authorize us to receive basic profile information (such as name, email address, and profile picture) as permitted by Google and described in our Privacy Policy.
4.2 Account security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your Account. Notify us promptly at support@flowix.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4.3 Accurate information
You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it updated. We may suspend Accounts with false or misleading registration data.
4.4 One person, one Account
Unless we approve otherwise in writing, each individual should maintain only one personal Account. Shared or automated registration for abuse is prohibited.
5. The Service
flowix is an intelligent agent platform that lets you create, configure, and operate AI Agents; chat with them in the dashboard; connect third-party applications; generate API keys; fund a Wallet for usage; share Agents via flowix Teams invite codes; and (where enabled) allow Agents to browse allowed websites and perform permitted actions on your behalf.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific uptime, or compatibility with every third-party service.
Beta features. Some capabilities may be labeled beta or preview. They are provided “as is,” may change without notice, and may be less reliable than production features.
6. AI agents & automation
6.1 Your configuration
You control Agent settings, including system prompts, model selection, allowed website URLs, and permissions such as read-only browsing versus read-and-write interaction. You are solely responsible for how you configure Agents and for reviewing their behavior.
6.2 Automated actions
When you grant an Agent permission to navigate websites, read content, take screenshots, click elements, type text, or interact with connected services, you authorize flowix and our subprocessors to perform those actions on your behalf within the limits you set. You remain responsible for outcomes, including messages sent, data modified, or transactions initiated.
6.3 No professional advice
Agent outputs are generated by machine learning models and are not legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Do not rely on Agents for decisions that require licensed professionals or human judgment.
6.4 Prohibited Agent uses
You may not configure Agents to violate law, infringe rights, send spam, conduct phishing, bypass security controls, scrape in violation of third-party terms, generate malware, harass individuals, or automate actions you are not authorized to perform on connected systems.
7. Connected applications
The Service lets you link third-party accounts via OAuth. Each Connection is subject to that provider’s terms and privacy policy. By connecting a service, you grant flowix the tokens and scopes needed to operate features you enable (for example, reading calendar events or posting Slack messages when your Agent is instructed to do so).
You may disconnect Connections at any time through the dashboard. Disconnecting may limit Agent functionality. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or policy enforcement by third-party providers.
8. flowix Teams
flowix Teams is a separate application from the web dashboard. Workspace administrators generate invite codes in the dashboard; teammates install the app, enter the code with their name, and chat with a shared Agent.
You are responsible for distributing invite codes only to intended participants.
Invite codes may be revoked or rotated from the dashboard.
Messages and usage in flowix Teams may be stored and processed as described in our Privacy Policy.
flowix Teams is not affiliated with Microsoft Corporation unless you separately connect Microsoft Teams as a third-party integration.
9. API & developer access
We may issue API keys or tokens tied to your Agents. You must keep keys confidential, rotate them if compromised, and not embed them in public client-side code. API use is subject to rate limits, fair use, and these Terms.
You may not resell, sublicense, or offer the API as a standalone product without our written consent. Abuse (including credential stuffing, excessive automated traffic, or circumventing billing) may result in immediate suspension.
10. Billing & wallet
10.1 Prepaid balance
Certain features consume Wallet balance or incur metered charges processed through Stripe. Deposits, usage deductions, refunds, and transaction history are recorded in your Account. Prices and rates may change with notice where required by law.
10.2 Taxes
You are responsible for applicable taxes unless we are required to collect them. Stripe’s terms apply to payment processing.
10.3 No refunds except as required
Except where mandated by law or expressly stated in a promotion, Wallet deposits and usage charges are non-refundable. Unused balance may be forfeited upon Account closure subject to applicable law.
10.4 Failed payments & chargebacks
We may suspend Service access for failed payments, disputed charges, or chargebacks. Fraudulent payment activity will be reported to authorities where appropriate.
11. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
Violate any law, regulation, or third-party rights;
Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or probe our systems;
Reverse engineer the Service except where legally permitted;
Use the Service to train competing models on our proprietary systems without permission;
Harass, threaten, or discriminate against others;
Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation;
Circumvent usage limits, billing, or security controls;
Use the Service for high-risk activities (including life-critical systems, weapons, or unlawful surveillance).
We may investigate violations and cooperate with law enforcement. Violations may result in content removal, suspension, or termination without refund.
12. Your content & data
You retain ownership of User Content. You grant flowix a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, and display User Content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service, including providing AI inference, backups, support, and compliance with law.
You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit User Content and that it does not violate these Terms or third-party rights. We may remove content that we reasonably believe is unlawful or harmful.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal data. For data export or deletion requests, contact privacy@flowix.com.
13. Intellectual property
The Service, including software, design, trademarks, and documentation (excluding User Content), is owned by flowix and its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly stated. “flowix” and related logos may not be used without our prior written consent.
Feedback you provide may be used by us without obligation or compensation.
14. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third parties including cloud hosting, authentication (Supabase), AI model providers, browser automation infrastructure, OAuth providers, and payment processing (Stripe). Your use of those services may be subject to separate agreements. We are not liable for third-party acts or omissions.
15. AI-specific disclaimers
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or inappropriate. You must review outputs before acting on them, especially for external communications, financial transactions, or code deployed to production.
We do not guarantee that Agents will always respect URL allowlists, permission boundaries, or instructions—though we implement technical controls, configuration errors or model behavior may produce unexpected results. You assume that risk when enabling automation.
16. Disclaimer of warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
17. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLOWIX AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO FLOWIX IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
18. Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless flowix from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, your Agent configurations, your Connections, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
19. Suspension & termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your Account at any time through available settings or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for breach, risk to the Service or others, non-payment, or legal requirement.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections that by nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law) will survive.
20. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms with a new effective date and, where required, provide additional notice (for example, by email or in-product notice). Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
21. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence apply.
Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Informal resolution. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at legal@flowix.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days.
